This multi-level project included major renovations to the main floor and lower level.

On the main floor, the goal was to develop an open concept plan as you enter the house. Walls and soffits were removed to unify the space and allow featured elements.  The new custom front door, barrel vault ceiling, accent stone walls and wood surfaces really make a statement! The mudroom received a complete makeover as well.

In the lower level, the space was reconfigured to achieve a layout that was better suited for entertaining. Reclaimed wood is used in a variety of different ways to create a unique appeal. The custom bar and accent lighting throughout adds to a long list of custom features.  Both bathrooms received a complete renovation including one with a steam shower upgrade.  The lower level also features a full home gym!
