JOB DETAILS: Take up manual labor tasks and support Project Managers at our construction sites.  Monitor and maintain clean and safe working conditions.  Work alongside our tradesmen, assisting with day-to-day needs.

JOB TYPE:  Full-Time

PAY: $15 - $22 per hour (Varies based upon skills and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee organization and maintenance of Terra Nova's storage facility
• Maintain clean and safe construction sites
• Assist Project Managers with locking and unlocking worksites daily
• Assist sub-contractors on site
• Handle and transport construction material between job sites
• Perform demolition and medium-duty construction tasks
• Be able to properly hitch and transport a trailer
• Utilize power tools and light machinery as required

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience or education in the construction industry is preferred
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license is required
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit
• Self-Driven, ability to work unsupervised
• Great personal skills
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
• Eager to continually learn and grow
