CLOSED: PROJECT MANAGER
JOB DETAILS: To schedule, coordinate, manage, and support assigned construction projects. To provide high-level communication and serve customers with care, respect, and humility.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time
PAY: Varies based upon skills and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with other Terra Nova team members and architects, engineers, interior designers to understand the full project scope
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Handle Terra Nova pre-construction procedures
- Plan construction operations and communicate schedules
- Supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers
- Evaluate job progress and provide weekly reports to customers and Terra Nova team members
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a construction project manager preferred
- Great personal skills
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth understand of construction procedures, systems, and materials
- Hands-on ability to handle basic on-site construction tasks when required
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Eager to continually learn and grow
