PAY: Varies based upon skills and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Collaborate with other Terra Nova team members and architects, engineers, interior designers to understand the full project scope
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Handle Terra Nova pre-construction procedures
• Plan construction operations and communicate schedules
• Supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers
• Evaluate job progress and provide weekly reports to customers and Terra Nova team members
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Proven experience as a construction project manager preferred
• Great personal skills
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• In-depth understand of construction procedures, systems, and materials
• Hands-on ability to handle basic on-site construction tasks when required
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Eager to continually learn and grow
